Value Driven, LLC is a business valuation and consulting firm located in Northeast Florida.  Founded in 2009 by Tracy Lamb, a practitioner with more than a decade in the business, Value Driven focuses primarily on valuation services for purposes of Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) transactions and estate tax and succession planning.  Its founder is qualified as an expert witness, thus allowing Value Driven to perform litigation-related consulting and expert witness testimony as well.  The firm also performs valuations on intangible assets and debt instruments.  Value Driven concentrates its practice on small to middle-market privately-held companies, and other limited market investments.
